Free Trial Cancellation

NotebookLama offers a 7-day free trial for new users. You are free to cancel your trial at any time within the 7-day free trial period without being charged. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed, and your subscription will simply expire at the end of the trial period.

Refund After Payment

If you have been charged for a subscription, you have 7 days from the date of payment to request a full refund. To request a refund, please contact our support team through the refund request form in your account dashboard or by emailing us directly. Refund requests made within the 7-day window will be processed and the full amount will be returned to your original payment method.

After the 7-Day Refund Window

Refund requests made after 7 days from the date of payment are not eligible for a refund. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Log in to your NotebookLama account and navigate to your account dashboard.
  2. Submit a refund request through the refund form, or contact our support team directly.
  3. Include your account email and the date of the charge you would like refunded.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
